NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Hermantown Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday June 16, 2009 at City Hall 5105 Maple Grove Road Hermantown, MN 55811 to consider the following:

At 7:20 PM a Wetland Replacement Plan for Don Proulx dba Pru Properties, property located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Section 13 Twp 50N Rge 15W impacting .719 acres of Types 2, 3, 6, & 7 wetlands and proposing to mitigate through the on-site creation of 1.01 acres of wetlands.

Such persons desiring to be heard with reference to the above application(s) will be heard at this hearing. Written or oral objections will be considered.
